First Romanian–Bulgarian Joint Workshop under the “STREAM 2” project
Between July 28 and August 1, 2025, the “Dobrogea” County Inspectorate for Emergency Situations of Constanța organized the first workshop within Activity 2.2 – “Updating the Joint Intervention Plan and Common Procedures.
The workshop brought together experts and representatives from partner institutions in Romania and Bulgaria, including:
- The General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations of Romania (Project Leader),
- The General Directorate Fire Safety and Civil Protection of the Republic of Bulgaria,
- The Giurgiu Territorial Inspectorate of the Border Police,
- The Academy of the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Bulgaria,
- The National Association of Volunteers of the Republic of Bulgaria.
The activities carried out during the workshop focused on updating the Joint Intervention Plan and the Common Procedures, key documents designed to ensure a coordinated disaster response through the joint allocation of resources, adapted to the type of risk and the scale of the situation.
