Today 7^th of November 2025, we are launching for public consultation the Invitation for submission of the full application for the project ideas (step 2) accepted by the Programme in the context of the Integrated territorial strategy, following the first call!

This Invitation serves as the basis for developing and contracting the full project applications included in the Integrated Territorial Strategy for the Romania–Bulgaria cross-border area under Priority 4 – An integrated region, Specific objective RSO5.2. Fostering the integrated and inclusive social, economic and environmental local development, culture, natural heritage, sustainable tourism and security, in areas other than urban areas. It refers to project ideas collected and prioritized by the Strategy Board in 2025, in line with the official ITS assessment methodology.

The purpose of this document is to guide applicants in preparing their projects for PO 5.2 (Step 2) and to outline the rules for contracting. 

• The budget allocated for this invitation is approximately 56,000,000 euro (in total)
